Science Week saw a wide variety of activities which celebrated science across the Secondary school.

This week, we have been enjoying Science Week with lots of special experiments and plenty of exploration.

We were so happy to see many of you at the Spring Fair last week.

During Humanities Week (commonly referred to as “the best week of the year”!) we've had plenty of fun ways of getting students to engage in activities beyond their usual classroom setting.

The International Award Bronze and Silver teams successfully completed their practice expeditions between Monday and Wednesday this week, camping and trekking in the Börzsöny.

Usborne Books will visit BISB on Tuesday, 3rd and Wednesday 4th of May from 8.30 – 9.40 and 15.00 – 17.00 on the terrace next to the Cafeteria.

Last week saw the exciting first game of the season for the U11s Wolves Team against our U14 B Team.

“They think it’s all over … it is now!”. The 2022 March Mammal Madness has come to an end, with a surprise victory from the Lionesses defeating the students’ favourite the Orca.

During 10 exciting sessions in our after school CCA, we had fun discovering the wonderfully unique world of bats.

On Tuesday 5th and Wednesday 6th April, our students involved in the school musical ‘The Wizard of Oz’ were able to perform once again in front of a live audience.

Please encourage your children to bring coins into school on Thursday 7th April for a fundraising coin drive!

From Wednesday to Saturday - 23rd to 26th March - the Karinthy Model United Nations (KARMUN) took place at the Karinthy Frigyes Highschool; this is the largest MUN conference in the whole of Hungary.
