BIS Hanoi Lionhearts delivered an impressive performance at the U11 FOBISIA Games 2026, demonstrating resilience, teamwork, and determination across swimming, teeball, and football.
The competition began with a strong showing in swimming, where students competed against top schools from across the region. The team secured multiple medals, including gold in the Girls B 4x25m Freestyle Relay and Girls A 25m Backstroke. Alongside podium finishes, many swimmers achieved personal bests, reflecting both individual progress and the growing strength of the BIS Hanoi swim programme.
Day two saw students take to the field for teeball. The Mixed A team delivered an excellent performance, narrowly missing out on the semi-finals before finishing a well‑earned 5th place. The Mixed B team showed great determination and growth throughout the day, concluding the tournament with a thrilling win to secure 7th place. Both teams demonstrated strong teamwork, resilience, and sportsmanship.
On the final day, the football teams showcased outstanding effort and spirit. The girls displayed remarkable resilience against tough opposition, continuing to improve throughout the tournament and finishing in 8th place. The boys’ team enjoyed a particularly strong campaign, topping their group and advancing to the semi-finals before securing an impressive 4th place overall.
Across all events, BIS Hanoi students embodied the Lionheart spirit by supporting one another, embracing challenges, and competing with integrity. Beyond the results, the Games provided valuable opportunities for growth, confidence, and international competition experience.
