The St Andrews community unite to raise a whooping 559,400 baht (£12,520) in a creative way for our vulnerable Klong Toey neighbours. The Klong Toey area is buckling from the burden of COVID-19 infection, significantly affected by the financial downturn, leaving many families in very tragic circumstances. Our students, parents, and teachers have all come together to make a difference.

We’re delighted to announce the results for our IB Diploma students! Our IB students have set a new level of academic excellence and raised the bar higher than it has ever been at St Andrews. We are incredibly proud of the resilience of these students who have worked so hard, both individually and collectively, to achieve our greatest IB results ever.

Recently, we held the final set of Graduation Ceremonies for the Class of 2021, an event filled with powerful farewell speeches, photographs, and emotions. There was a virtual welcome for Year 6 to the High School through a fantastic orienteering challenge. Finally, a big thank you, good luck, and goodbye to some of our staff and students leaving as they take on new challenges.

Sadly, this time of year, we say goodbye to some of our teachers and families leaving St Andrews to go on new adventures. We saw the final graduation ceremonies for the Class of 2021. The House Music Competitions and Sports Awards are here and now! Finally, a huge thank you goes to the whole St Andrews International School Bangkok community for your loyalty, resilience, and support over this challenging year.

Our talented students perform beautifully in the Thailand Clarinet competition 2021. Nine performers across St Andrews Primary and High School blew us away, competing in various categories and musical grades on the Clarinet.

The meaning of friendship at Primary School is greater than it has ever been as our students continue to show resilience and perseverance. STA take the Big Shakespeare Festival hosted by NAE’s Global Campus by storm with a long list of commended entries. Well done to everyone. We have nearly raised 600,000 baht for Klong Toey!

The Yearbook will help us reminisce about the fantastic times our school community has experienced this year. We will miss the opportunity to say goodbyes in person, but this has not stopped us from planning a fun, virtual end to the school year. We've launched our new fundraising campaign, STAr Jump for Klong Toey. The initial goal is to raise 200,000 thousand baht for this community. We are raising money to buy hot meals, essentials and care packs. Many teachers have already filmed their STAr Jumps for Klong Toey. So getting jumping and share your jumps for Klong Toey!
