The 2026 KS4 and KS5 BISS Lions Sports Awards Ceremony brought together students, families and staff to celebrate a year defined by commitment, resilience and sporting excellence across the BISS Puxi community.
The evening recognised the achievements of students who represented BISS across SISAC Step 5 and ACAMIS competitions in Athletics, Basketball, Football, Netball, Table Tennis, Tennis and Volleyball. More than an awards presentation, the ceremony reflected the values that sit at the heart of sport within a Nord Anglia Education environment: perseverance, collaboration, leadership and personal growth.
Throughout the evening, each programme reflected on its season through team highlights, senior speeches and coach recognition. Students were celebrated not only for performance and results, but also for the impact they had on their teammates, coaches and wider school community.

Athlete of the Year – Boy
Achille was recognised for his exceptional contribution across multiple sporting environments, combining competitive performance with unwavering commitment and leadership. His consistency, professionalism and determination have made him a respected figure within the BISS athletics community.
Athlete of the Year – Girl
Heather was honoured for her outstanding focus, dedication and impact across the sporting programme. Her commitment to team culture, personal growth and competitive excellence reflects the very best of what it means to represent BISS Puxi.
