I joined BIS Hanoi in August 2026 as a Primary/KS3 STEAM and Computing Teacher, having previously served as Head of Computer Science at Bedford School, where I taught Computer Science and Art. Before that, I worked within the Cognita Schools group as Director of Digital Learning at Duncombe School, where I led the school to achieve Microsoft Showcase School accreditation. I joined BIS Hanoi with more than a decade of teaching experience across Primary and Secondary British education, and my previous roles also included Head of ICT and Head of Spanish. I was nationally recognised in the 2025 Pearson National Teaching Awards.

Originally from Spain, I trained as an archaeologist before building my career in education in Spain and England. My interests in history, languages, neuroscience and technology have shaped my belief that learning should encourage curiosity, creativity and meaningful problem-solving. My professional work has also included advising the Spanish Government on artificial intelligence in education and delivering professional development on classroom innovation and digital wellbeing.

At BIS Hanoi, I hope to inspire students to become confident, creative and responsible users of technology while developing engaging STEAM opportunities across the school. In my free time, I enjoy travelling, discovering different cultures, learning about neuroscience and developing new educational projects.
