I am very excited to have recently moved to BIS Hanoi. Having lived and worked in Southeast Asia before, it is an absolute thrill to be back in this vibrant part of the world. Over the course of my 13-year teaching career, I have taught Art and Design across a range of diverse schools in England, as well as at international schools in Malaysia, Egypt, and India.

At BIS Hanoi, I will be teaching Art and Design while also serving as Head of Year 8 and coordinating the Duke of Edinburgh’s International Award. My teaching ethos centers on encouraging creative expression, fostering confidence, and empowering students to take artistic risks both inside and outside the classroom.

Outside of teaching, I absolutely love hiking, motorbiking, and camping in nature, and I am exceptionally eager to explore the stunning landscapes of Northern Vietnam. I am also looking forward to trying all the amazing and delicious street foods in Hanoi... and, of course, I am already a devoted fan of egg coffee!
